What's happening at the UMCC
GONG BATH
This will be a 45-minute sound healing experience with one gong and singing bowls, held in the beautiful Upper McKenzie Community Center in Rainbow — a space to lay back, release, and let the vibrations guide you into deep rest.

$35 tickets
Please bring your own blanket or yoga mat for comfort.

Holiday Bridge Lighting Celebration
Saturday, December 6th
4:30-7pm
Join us for a festive evening of holiday cheer at our Annual Holiday Bridge Lighting Celebration at the UMCC!
Our community event begins around 4:30 with the the colorful raft parade floating down the McKenzie past the Belknap Bridge float by on the river, featuring Santa Claus himself!! (Dress warm and weather appropriate for maximum enjoyment)
Sing your favorite holiday carols with our friends and family while the Historic Belknap Bridge is illuminated for the holiday season!
Then join us at the Upper McKenzie Community Center for hot cocoa, hot cider, festive treats, and a chance to meet Santa in person! (Once he is done rafting, of course)
We'll have kid's activities too!
*We're also having a Holiday Treat Potluck so bring some holiday cookies or treats to share.*
Let's come together to celebrate the holiday season and create lasting memories.

Classes and Recurring Events
Classes and recurring events at the UMCC that we are excited to share with the community!
Upper McKenzie Jiu Jitsu
Wednesdays 7-8pm
All you need to bring is a t-shirt and a pair of shorts!
$10 a class, run time is 1 hour.
Mouth guard and water bottle recommended.
