Annual Ice Cream Social & Cobbler Contest!
Mark your calendars! Join us at the Upper McKenzie Community Center for one of our favorite traditions of the year. Bring your appetite, your family, and your competitive spirit!

- Delicious Ice Cream & Toppings donated by Horse Creek Lodge and Outfitters
- Homemade Cobbler (and yes, you can get it A La Mode!)
- Hot Dogs, Chips, and Refreshing Drinks
Calling All Bakers!
Think you make the best cobbler in the valley? Enter our Cobbler Contest and put your recipe to the test! Whether it's berry, peach, or a secret family recipe, we want to taste it! Cobblers are judged by previous winners!
Come out to support the community center, catch up with neighbors, and enjoy some sweet summer treats. We can't wait to see you there!
ICE DYE

Get Creative with Ice Dyeing!
Ever wondered how to get those gorgeous, watercolor-like patterns on fabric? Unlike traditional tie-dyeing, ice dyeing uses ice cubes sprinkled with dry dye powder. As the ice slowly melts over the fabric, it releases the colors in mesmerizing, unpredictable splits and bursts—making every single piece a one-of-a-kind work of art!
Come try it out for yourself at our upcoming workshop:
When: Tuesday, August 18th at 11:00 AM - 1PM
Where: Upper McKenzie Community Center, 54745 McKenzie River Drive
What to bring: Bring a COTTON t-shirt, tea towel, or anything else you'd like to dye!
*Don't have anything? T-shirts will also be provided!*
Important Details: Kids under 12 are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult.
Suggested Donation: $5 and/or a donation of cans and bottles to support the Bottle Boys!

Come get messy, learn a fun new technique, and leave with your own custom-dyed creation. See you there!

Martial Arts
Wednesdays 7-8pm
Muy Thai and Jiu Jitsu
All you need to bring is a t-shirt and a pair of shorts!
$10 a class, run time is 1 hour.
Mouth guard and water bottle recommended.
