As December fills up and our energy stretches thin, I’m opening a quiet space for something gentler — a time to rest, a time to reset, a time that belongs fully to you.

This will be our second Community Gong Bath, offered during that natural softening of the season when we’re invited inward. It’s a chance to lay down the month, ease the edges of the year, and reconnect with yourself.

You’ll be held in spacious waves of gong resonance — tones that loosen what’s tight, soften what’s overworked, and settle the nervous system in a way we rarely access on our own.
A clearing. A replenishing.
A reset that meets you where you are.

Whether you're seeking grounding, clarity, rest, or simply a moment to breathe, you're welcome here.
