Our Annual Members Meeting was our kickoff to the 2023 season at the UMCC!
We had hoped that the bathroom and kitchen remodel would be completed, but we had some setbacks with carpenter ants, load bearing walls, and all of those fun things. Despite the lack of bathrooms and water, the Members Meeting Potluck was a great success!
We had about 40 people in attendance, and we had a lovely spread of food and great company!
John Carlile, the UMCC president, talked about the remodel progress, our upcoming events, and how excited we are for the upcoming year! We also have some newly elected board members, which we really needed!
The community center has been struggling over the last couple years, and we are hoping to breathe some life back into the big red building after covid and the fire with fun events and locals classes.

A fine example of what "bring your own tableware" means. Potluck game on point!
